Subscription plans
Convilyn offers three tiers — Free, Pro and Business — each available monthly or yearly. Switch any time.
What a plan changes, and what it does not
Every plan has the same features. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier. Plans differ in two ways only:
- How many credits arrive each period — the allowance that refills your balance.
- The anti-abuse limits — upload size, concurrent jobs, and storage.
A credit is worth the same on every plan, so a higher tier buys volume and headroom, never capability.
How credits behave inside a plan
Subscription credits belong to the billing period. Anything unused when the period ends is gone — they do not roll over. Yearly plans grant the whole year's allowance upfront rather than refilling monthly, so the pool lasts the subscription year instead of the month.
Top-up credits never expire. They sit in a separate balance that period renewal does not touch, and a run spends period credits first so the expiring balance is used before the permanent one. See Credits for how the two balances interact.
Free plan
The Free plan is built for trying things out. It includes a set number of AI workflow runs each month within a monthly processing limit, and no credit allowance — the run count is the meter. File conversions are unlimited and never count toward that limit.
When you reach the limit, runs pause until the next month. Adding credits with a one-time top-up, and upgrading, are both available on the Free plan at any time.
Billing details
- Monthly or yearly. Switch between cycles at any time.
- Upgrades are immediate with proration on the current period.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period — you keep the higher tier until then.
- Cancellation is one click. Your plan stays active until the period ends; after that you drop back to Free with no further charges.
- Paddle handles payment as Merchant of Record. Invoices, tax, and refunds run through Paddle's portal.
- EU 14-day withdrawal right applies under Directive 2011/83/EU. Once service has begun, the subscription fee is non-refundable for the period in use, and unused allowance is non-refundable (use-it-or-lose-it).
